Very convenient location to the sites, stores and restaurants; easy beach access. Unit was very clean, complex was well maintained. Good communication with the owner in all phases of the rental. The unit had everything necessary for a good stay, everything was there (towels, grill, dishes, supplies, etc.). We'd stay here again.

We came here on our honeymoon, the place was wonderful, host as well! It was a short walk to the beach and I took every opportunity I could and walked down there! Being a Florida girl and coming back home, I needed the beach air and sand! The place was very nice and comfortable. Clean they had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Quiet, cozy little condo just a few steps from the incredible St. Augustine beach. It is clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The pool is super clean and well maintained. This was exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. Elaine is a fantastic host; she was there for me for any questions or concerns I had, including directions. Wonderful access to the beach!

I had a wonderful stay. Everyday, I got up and walked to the beach. The easy access made walking on the beach so easy. The only downside was it was colder than expected.
