Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood. Close to dwntwn Geneva & Seneca Lake.

This spacious home boasts the historic charm of a house built in 1918, with modern updates to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
You will enter the home through the side entrance into a recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen. Off of the kitchen you will find a large and cozy living living room with room for everyone to relax together. A full dining room, parlor, and second living room with shelves lined with board games and baskets of kids’ toys proved plenty to do in this beautiful home. You will also find a centrally located full bathroom with shower and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed located on the ground floor.

On the second floor you will find 3 more bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen bed) and one full bathroom with a tub. A lovely second story sun porch provides a nice escape for reading and reflection. A laundry room with washer and dryer is ready for your use.

This house was gorgeous. It is large and spacious and had PLENTY of room for our group of six. The beds were comfy and I will definitely rent again if my daughter commits to Hobart. Grace was a wonderful host!

This was our first time renting a home in the Finger Lakes, instead of staying at a hotel, and I can say it was a great decision. The home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Grace added special touches throughout and we enjoyed the fire pit as well. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great stay right next to finger lakes

Beautiful house with gorgeous sitting rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Was quick drive to Seneca falls beautiful view of ye finger lakes. Hosts were so friendly and quick to respond!

Lovely place to stay

Lovely place to stay, close to (just few minutes drive or even walkable) to downtown Geneva. House was spacious, well appointed, clean, and in quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and even left thoughful welcoming touches. The grill and fireput outside was perfect for our fourth of july trip.

Absolutely smooth and enjoyable ❤️

The process was easy and Grace was so inviting and friendly. House was absolutely beautiful and clean. Grace went out of her way to make sure my granddaughter had toys to make her stay friendly. . Neighborhood was very nice, quiet and friendly. We went with family for a wedding in Geneva. I can’t wait to book the home with friends for a wine tour. Very smooth and worry free. Thank you Grace !
