The home was great for our family. Location was great. Was about 15 minutes away from San Marcos where we went to float the river.

It was a great price for having 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fenced yard and pet friendly. great location, we were able to hike and swim each day and lots of good places to eat/order in!

The neighborhood was nice. the host sounded very nice.maybe having a welcome snack pack and few bottles of water would feel more inviting to the guests as well. would be nice to have some condiments such as sugar and salt for the guests to use.

The property was nice and love the open space floor plan for the kitchen and living room. The layout of the house is really good and I especially like that there was a washer and dryer. Check in was exceptionally smooth as well as communication to the host.

It was very clean and easy check in and out. The only slight downside was we were pretty warm when we slept but it was very hot that day and the thermostat was at 70.

Not 1 pan in the kitchen to be able to put anything in the oven, no pizza pan, no cookie sheet, no glass baking dishes, not even alluminum foil to try and "make due". No kitchen towels or wash clothes. There is no dresser or table in the master bedroom to put a suitcase on. So, you have to live out of the suitcase on the floor.
