Nice home , very well maintained, our only issue were the loud parties and extra loud entertainment at the house next door

Glad you liked the home itself and found it so well-maintained. As we explained to you at the time, you reported hearing a Thanksgiving one-off party at a neighboring short-stay rental home that was entirely beyond our control and is not the norm. The sheriff was called and it was stopped immediately. Please remember that you booked for a short-stay at Thanksgiving which is one of the busiest peak holiday weekends here and you could experience noise from neighbors at any home or resort here at peak holiday times. We reported the disturbance to the HOA and it was stopped. You understood this at the time and were appreciative and understanding, so to mention it now in the review of our home and mark the home down when it was a one-off moment entirely beyond our control but we did all we could to assist does seem unfair. Nevertheless we are glad you found the home itself well-maintained and enjoyed the home which is what we control and what we provide.

Family vacation

Property was clean, and the accommodations on property and community were so convenient for our family trip. We enjoyed the water park in the community and it was included in the overall cost of the rental. There were a couple of things in the house that needed to be fixed that were minor but had to be brought to the owner’s attention. The owner was very good about replying to any messages quickly. Overall, it was a great property with the convenience of entertainment without the theme park expenses.

You mentioned the loose microwave handle to us, but you did not mention any other minor repairs needed as your review suggests, and we assured you the handle would be tightened after your stay, so it is a shame you marked us down for such a minor detail. You did remark that the home was very beautiful when you were staying and we are delighted you enjoyed the home and the resort so much.

Nice Property

The house was very nice and clean. The owners have great communication when booking. The only downside is that you need to bring your own towels and washcloths which is fine if that was told upfront because I have stayed at many properties here and they always provided that and pool towels. Also, the kitchen sink doesn’t have any cold water so the water is very HOT! I would definitely book here again for our annual family vacation while keeping in mind what I need to bring.

Jeanean, this is entirely incorrect! We provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and also some pool towels! Did you not see the ones we left out in the bathrooms for you? Plus the two linen closets stacked with additional towels? Had you contacted us at the time we could have helped you with this. And also assisted you with the sink - we discovered after you departed that you had pushed the cold water valve into the off position under the sink! A very simple fix! Please always contact us at the time as then we can assist you!
