The beach house was absolutely wonderful! Very clean beautiful home. Awesome beach view, private and quiet! Can't wait to return to this awesome home! Little Gasparilla Island is a very unique island and its absolutely wonderful.

This is an amazing property. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need to live on the island, from cooking, relaxing on the beach, or using the kayaks or paddleboards to explore the area by water. The screened porches and nooks provide serenity from a bustling world across the bay. The steps to the beach led to a nearly private section of Gulf views. The host responded quickly to any needs (few and far between) and ensured we had all we needed. Wildlife sightings are frequent, including a Bald Eagle nest nearby. I highly recommend this rental. We plan to return.

Relaxing Getaway!!!

We always love visiting this adorable beach cottage on Little Gasparilla! The owners are absolutely lovely and the updated remodel after the hurricane is fabulous!

Relaxation

This property has everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. French doors in multiple rooms to screened in porches brought in ocean breezes and sounds of the island. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, shelling, bird watching, dolphin sightings and seeing some spectacular sunsets.

Paradise!

Rebecca and Andy's place is a little slice of paradise. The Beach House is cozy, lovely, and has everything needed. The wrap-around screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee, and it is amazing to be steps away from the beach. The whole property is magical, and it was an adventure to arrive by water taxi and experience island life for a few days. I hope to go back soon!

This was my 3rd time visiting LGI. This house and property is by far the best one I’ve stayed at. It’s private, secluded, and stunning. This also might be the shortest walk from dock to beach house on the island. We found a ton of sharks teeth and even a crocodile tooth while strolling the beach. World class fishing, exquisite sandbars and only a short boat ride from Boca Grande. We will definitely be back for more!

Beach House

Great stay. Does not get any better than this privacy-wise. The house is very well equipped and host provides access to items such as kayaks, basic fishing equipment, and beach accessories to enhance ones stay. Plenty of space on the docks with power and freshwater. Big property, that is well kept. Hostess is kind, friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. Overall excellent experience. LGI never disappoints and Gasparilla Getaways is on the top of our list for places to stay. Can't wait to go back!!

New Year’s in Paradise

This was, hands down, our most relaxing trip as a family -ever! The property is gorgeous, well equipped and the location unbeatable. If you want a truly relaxing time and disconnect from the rest of the world this is the place to go (but do not worry, you can still use your cell if you have to). Booking was easy and Rebecca very responsive. We would love to come back! The only thing that we would change is the king bed mattress, which was very soft - but everything makes up for this easily. Thanks very much Rebecca for sharing this great place with us!

Absolute Paradise

This place is the definition of paradise. We arrived to a very warm welcome from our lovely hostess, Rebecca. She walked us to the beach house, pointing out the wonderful amenities offered throughout the property. She was very kind and welcoming. The property itself is thoughtfully decorated, and very easy to relax in. Screened in porches surround you, offering views of ocean and state land. The beach is an easy walk and the chairs on the beachfront deck are a great place to relax. The property is extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every moment and look forward to returning. I assure you, the hosts and property are both fantastic, you won’t be disappointed.

Tranquility

If you are looking for the perfect place to feel like you are on your own private island, this is it. Beautiful, peaceful, spacious, immaculately taken care of and my new favorite vacay spot. The owners made us feel so welcome having everything we could possibly want at our fingertips. They were very hands on during hurricane Debby which was comforting. Unforgettable sunrises and sunsets over the beach and bay. Being next to Pedro park, we had an abundance of different bird species flying and chirping. Views from every space in the Beach house are breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! Our host arrived at the dock to greet us and helped haul all our bags to the house—above and beyond our expectations! She was fabulous! The place was beautiful and well-appointed. What a great place! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and its beautiful views as well as the beach that we pretty much had to ourselves. In the midst of spring break, it felt like we had a private beach. We enjoyed walking along and collecting shells, reading on the little deck or under the sun shade, and of course swimming in the water. On the back side of the property, we tried our hand at fishing from the dock which was fun. And we really had a great time kayaking all around the bay, seeing so much wildlife. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We absolutely loved this place! And what wonderful hosts! Thank you for a fabulous trip! We’d love to come back!

Absolute Paradise

This has been, by far, the best beach vacation location I have ever stayed. This was our second stay here, was supposed to stay last year but red tide prevented it. The house, the location, the check-in/checkout and Andy is very quick to respond to any concerns or questions you may have. I would rate this a 10 star location.

A little slice of paradise

I will have such fond memories of this trip. It was an amazing experience for me & my teens. So much beauty and seclusion. The home location is perfect and surrounded by wild life. The house is very well appointed and very well thought out. The beach is so secluded and the water is perfect. Screen porch all around the house gives you a view of palm trees everywhere and you feel like you’re the only ones on the island. Absolutely loved it!
