We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, rooms were spacious, and we all had great personal space within the house. The neighborhood is great. We went in early October and all the neighbors had decorated for Halloween. Was a great touch. We had a small issue with the A/C which I think I accidentally created. But that was not a problem. Nelson called me quickly to help me walk through the problem. He even checked in the next day to ensure we were comfortable. Great stay! Great property! Great host!

This home was beautiful! The layout was great, it was very clean, and the host had several items as courtesy such as hangers and laundry baskets in the closets, plenty of extra blankets, laundry detergent pods, and shampoo and conditioner in the main bathroom. We were surprised at the tiny 5-cup coffee maker, with 4 adults in the home we had to continue to make coffee all morning, so it would have been nicer to have a larger coffee pot. There also were not a ton of coffee cups or silverware, which could be a problem for more people, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. That’s really the only critical feedback that I can give - other than those two very minor things, the home was perfect for our stay and I would come back again or recommend it to others. The host was responsive and courteous, and we really liked their included information welcome booklet!

Great stay.

We had a great stay, the host was very friendly and helpful. The house was in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. You will probably want to bring bath towels if you stay here, because you will need them.

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house near Louisville. We had no problem finding the place and were able to get in without any issues. This place was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds and huge closets. It was located within a short distance to all the activities we wanted to do and had several great options for lunch and dinner nearby too. It has a very nice kitchen, but we chose to eat out while we were there. Checkout procedures were easy to follow. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great home in great neighborhood

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday with my elderly parents. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Communication with the host was fast and responsive. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and left us feeling very safe. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood is well lit and it was very quiet. The home is spacious with a well thought out floor plan allowing us all to enjoy togetherness or our own space as desired. This is a perfect home for individuals, couples or families. I would definitely recommend this home and will surely rent here again should I need a home in the area.
