My husband and I live in Colorado and purchased this lovely townhome to live in over the winter.
Why they chose this property
When we came and looked at Trilogy, we fell in love with it. Living in the townhome just made us love it more! The climate is wonderful, there are so many facilities and amenities, the area is great for walking, and the people in Trilogy are friendly and fun to be with.
What makes this property unique
Our townhome opens to a Monarch Butterfly Habitat. In the winter, you can see the butterflies flying among the trees. The smell of the eucalyptus trees and listening to the birds is very soothing. We are a short walk from the clubhouse, which has a pool, pickleball courts, bocce ball, a restaurant, coffee shop, spa, and exercise room.
