The walk to the beach was not bad it was a quiet neighborhood and everything was in walking distance around us. The home however had several issues the owners were not made aware of that i was able to communicate with them and they were able to help. The cleaners did not do a very good job, there was mold in the bathroom and a weed pen under my son's bed. I advise the owner to look over the home before listening it again for safety issues we cut our trip short and went home.

The bathroom had mold in the shower and on walls. We had to call 3 times and send a message after we arrived to get the code to access the property. Also wasn't told until after we arrived that only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided. Also no wash clothes provided only bath towels and no dish towels for drying the dishes, was told to use the 1 roll of paper toweling that was provided.
