Take a stroll or bike ride down the Heartland trail, or head to the cutest downtown in all of MN - both just a few minutes walk away. We have a full kitchen and coffee bar for eating in. Get cozy in the private bedroom with attached bath. Additional sleeping space is available on the fold down couch. Across the river you will find Heartland Park, which features pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, frisbee golf, and the Heartland trail, which is great for a short walk or longer bike ride. In winter months the trail is open for snowmobiles. The trail goes to neighboring towns including Dorset, Nevis and Walker. If you plan to bring any larger watercraft and need a landing, there is one located in the park also.

The apartment is situated in the lower level of the building, which is also home to an office space on the main level. You will have a private entrance, patio, and dock which is completely separate from the business operations. The parking lot is shared during the regular work hours.
