Beautiful Cabin

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cabin in Tennessee, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was beautiful surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking mountain views. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation.The amenities, including a hot tub swimming pool and a fireplace, added to the overall experience. The host was easy to reach and quick to fix any issues we encountered, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure in nature, this cabin is the ideal spot. I can't wait to return!

Dissapointing

This home is nice but there were several issues and I don't feel like the owner is to blame. More the company managing the property. We arrived and there were no written instructions on how to use the television or any wifi instructions. Both of the downstairs smoke detectors were beeping low battery every ten minutes and there was trash on the outside before we even entered. We found food debris everywhere and ants and cockroaches as well. The place is advertised as having a pool which it does but it isn't usable because it was extremely cold so it's not really a benefit. We were charged a pretty decent cleaning fee for the pool but we weren't able to use it. We were in town to conduct business and will be returning to the area several times this year but we will not be staying here. Showers were loose and dirty. Two of our guests had foot issues for over a week after we returned. Also, the description advertised sleeps 16 and it does as long as you don't want sheets or blankets. We notified the office during our stay as well as the Monday following. They told me that my issues would be reviewed and I would here something in a few days. Today is the 24th and I haven't heard back. I keep being told it will be reviewed. I'm done trying to be patient. Their customer service is completely unacceptable as well as the condition of a beautiful home. If I were the owner of this property I would look for better management.
That's the dead cockroach after we had to spray. We didn't go on this trip to kill bugs. We didn't take any other photos.
