Gather around the elegant dining table with seating for eight or more for delicious meals and connection.
The main-level primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, cozy sitting area, private deck access, and a luxurious en suite bath complete with dual vanities, a jetted tub, and separate shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms that share a modern hall bath. The bunk room suite is a kid's dream come true, with two twin-over-full bunk beds, an en suite bath, a lounge area with a large sectional and TV, plus a desk space perfect for drawing, reading, or quiet time.

The fully finished lower level is made for after-hours enjoyment. Host movie nights, play foosball or shuffleboard, or deal in at the card table. Prefer to chill? Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
