Beautiful and brand new one-bedroom village apartment to call your own—lucky you!
This one-bedroom second floor apartment is both beautiful and roomy. High end design and finishing touches are evident throughout. A mud room allows for plenty of space to safely store your gear to have ready for the next day of adventure. An open floor plan and high ceilings offers easy flow through the common areas while large windows and a cupola skylight flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is sleek, beautiful, and well equipped—complete with a pantry that keeps small appliances tucked out of sight. A rustic-looking accent wall of modern ceramic tile and woven leather bar stools at the island give the kitchen a great vibe for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Meals, or a game of cards, can also be enjoyed at the table for two under a hanging lamp. The living room space is wonderful with its comfy couch, two armchairs, flat screen tv, and gas fireplace to kick up the warmth and ambiance.
The bedroom suite is large and bright with a modern ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and separate laundry closet. Great care was taken with design choices throughout—fantastic lighting, furniture selection, and throw rugs over the handsome polished concrete floor. Outside, a wide and wonderful building-length covered deck offers privacy to enjoy the outdoors and the incredible Stowe sunsets right outside the door.
This home is within walking distance of the Stowe recreation path, public tennis courts, ice arena, myriad restaurants, cafes, The Public House and bars, shops, galleries and the Stowe shuttle stop. Just a touch further are trailheads of many local favorite hikes, and the Stowe Mountain Resort is 15 minutes away. You are in the heart of it all! Please note: this apartment is on the upper level of a building with a separately occupied apartment. All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.

This is a great property and location for a getaway in Stowe. We enjoyed all the amenities and the space. It very warm and welcoming, perfect for 2-3 people. Everything is as mentioned in the description and all the processes were easy to follow without any hassle. I recommend it.
This property is absolutely immaculate. All of the appliances and fixtures were top of the line and the location cannot be beat. The property is directly behind the management office and just across the street from a walking trail that takes you directly into historic Stowe. My partner and I definitely plan to return to this property next fall!!
We stayed here in between Christmas and New Years to enjoy the beauty of Stowe. Close to the quaint town, close to the super market and a short drive to the mountains - it is conveniently located. There is a wonderful spot for a great breakfast only a short walk from the unit. The unit is VERY CLEAN and VERY COMFORTABLE. The property managers make it very easy to communicate. Definitely recommend for your stay.
