Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Blu 403 the last week of May. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had an issue with the microwave during our stay, but the maintenance manager was fantastic and had the issue resolved in no time!

Blu Vacation

The Great of Blu 403: Plenty of patio seating, great couches and recliner in living room that all seemed new and also provided plenty of seats for a movie night, kitchen had lots of dishes and was well stocked, very quiet side of Okaloosa Island so not crowded at all, salt/pepper and coffee filters along with some useful items in unit from previous guests that was useful. The Helpful to Know: I reached out and they are super responsive management if you have a need or issue. The parking space in the garage area that comes with the unit was super helpful for packing up in the rain.

This property was absolutely perfect for a group of nine. This was our first trip to the Fort Walton area and would highly recommend this property and location. The amenities in the room and on the property were very nice and well kept up. The beach access and beach itself was second to none. We would highly recommend 403 Blu.

This was one of the best locations and condo that we have stayed in. I highly recommend it. There are a couple of things that could make this experience a 5 star. Blackout curtains in the master would make this experience the best. You can see the pool lights and lights from the outdoors. Most people like a blackout room, the curtains over the windows are so sheet, you might as well not have any. A few throws over the Santa's would make it more cozy hanging out at night and the kitchen cookware needs a serious upgrade. I realize it's a rental but we always like to cook while we are away. These are all things that would not be very expensive that could make this experience that much better. The blackout curtains are the biggest. It's a decision maker when I am choosing a condo and will impact whether we come back here or not. Overall, it's a wonderful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was excellent throughout our stay.

The amount of space was great, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the location was superb! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and at the pool - which was kept very clean. However, the condo itself was not that clean upon arrival. We had to spend the first couple of hours cleaning because of dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the floors, toilets and beds needed attention as well. The blinds were broken in one of the secondary bedrooms, and several items in the condo needed replacing as they were worn and dirty. Overall, we had a nice vacation, and you really can’t beat the view!

An amazing week!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Parking, access to elevators, access to the beach and pool was convenient. There really wasn't much we would change! The balcony was the highlight of this condo and was the perfect place for our entire family to relax! Thank you for a great stay and we would love to come back in the future.

Perfect Stay

Loved the condo! Perfect space for our family of 6. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. The view was wonderful. Nice private beach with chairs and umbrella, pools were spacious, not crowded at all.

Perfect Easter Vacation

The condo was exactly as pictured. Lovely decor, clean and comfortable. I am picky about beds and pillows and they were great. The kitchen was well appointed. No issues so we didn't have interactions with management while on property. Highly recommend.

Spring Break Getaway!

This was the perfect trip for our Spring Break! The condo was super nice, clean, and very spacious! The property itself is well-kept with lots of extras. Family trip 2025

We had an amazing time in Florida!!! The condo was better than we could have imagined. It was perfect for our family. The adults had their own rooms with KING size beds, and my kids LOVED the bunk beds!! The fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very handy as well. The beach was perfect! When the kids didn't want the sandy beach, we spent time at the pool. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Anytime I needed to get in touch with the host they responded very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again of we come back to FWB!
