Cozy hideaway.

This property has a great location. Walking distance to South Congress restaurants, bars & shops. Biking distance to all as well. The entire development that the condo is located in is ideal. Tucked away above a creek, across from a park, it was quiet and peaceful. We were able to view a mama & baby owl down the street! There is a pool with lounge chairs and a grill. The condo itself was very comfortable and well stocked and the welcome goodies were appreciated! I would defintely stay there again.

Mark and Suzanne are the perfect host. Their condo is conveniently located close to downtown Austin. Their condo is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to renting again. Would highly recommend this property

Beautiful condo and location!

Thank you so much Mark and Suzanne for your hospitality. We felt so welcomed by the treats we found upon our arrival. Thanks for taking the time to explain how to navigate around the condo and where to find and how to use everything we needed. Having access to Netflix was a nice treat. The August app worked well to open and lock the condo - very cool! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo and the nice neighbourhood surrounding it. What a great location! So close to downtown and South Congress. We had such a great time vacationing in Austin!

He is also an accomplished illustrator, and has produced art for The Walt Disney Company as well as other Fortune 500 firms. Suzanne is an executive at USAA who is an accomplished writer and speaks fluent french.

Three reasons: location, location, location. Across from a park with a creek, four blocks from South Congress, offering all Austin is known for: great food, shopping and nightlife. Downtown is walking distance, or jump into a Car2Go or buss and you're there.
