The house and host were good, but the listing should note it is a dry community and non-smoking community. We knew the property was non-smoking so there were a couple of renters that would go out to the street. A member of the neighborhood informed us that the entire community/neighborhood was non-smoking, we adjusted to comply. I would ensure that anyone who books is required to review the community rules before renting to ensure a full understanding of the costs associated and neighborhood rules.
