This is the beach escape that you are looking for! Only registered guests allowed at the unit, no visitors. Max of 2 people and 18+ are able to rent. 2nd floor via steps.

You will have full access to the condo minus one owners closet in the bed room. There is a community shared pool.

The Neighborhood:
The beach condo east of Hwy 17 is right behind 810 Bowling and entertainment center off of 12th Ave S in North Myrtle Beach's Ocean Drive Section. Walk to Spiro's Pancake House or Sugrue's Bar for a cold one and a live band! Additional Beach Stores and Restaurants are near by.

Getting Around:
You will be able to walk, Uber/Lyft, park your own car (max of 1), or rent a golf cart from us for $75/day

Other Things to Note:
This is a small condo-tel like building. There are two floors and requires stairs to access the unit and there is no elevator access. We do allow rentals to anyone 18+, ID will be required at the time of booking. There is a strict max of 2 people at the unit that must be registered and no visitors are allowed. This rule is strictly enforced and will result in eviction if broken with no refund.
This property has outside cameras in place and noise monitoring inside of the unit to comply with local restrictions and to ensure neighborly behavior. Local property manager to assist during your stay.
