The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Move any furniture back that you moved including fans. Put outdoor games back. Clean up dog waste. Hand wash pots/pans. Turn off AC/Heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING/VAPING/E-CIGARETTE for the entire property (inside and outside). Any evidence of smoking and we will retain the full security deposit.
1 dog is welcomed with a $40 per day fee and agreement of the pet rules. No inside OR outside fires. Do Not toss any BBQ ashes on the ground.
No more than 6 guests. ANY additional guests must be preapproved and paid for, prior to your arrival. $100 per guest per night. No events or parties.

Wonderful house. The host was very communicative and in touch and helpful with everything. The property is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the fact that it is right flowing ravine and it’s such a peaceful place to sit out. The fact that it was dog friendly made it a no-brainer The house is well-appointed and a lot of the touches have been thought of that some rentals don’t considerThe fridge was stocked with a bottle of wine and bottles of water and the freezer had a bag of ice. It was just perfect all the way around. Will definitely be back.

Extraordinary setting, nestled in nature. House design is unique and beautifully furnished, which matched the delightful mid-century aesthetic. This home is amazing, with no shortage of things to do. The house and property is beautiful. Having a running river encasing the backyard makes this place stand out. Even without the water to listen to and enjoy, the house is perfect and extremely well kept. There wasn't a single time that we thought, "we need this or that". This place has it all. View is incredible and the owners are very accommodating. We didn't even get to explore everything they had to offer, so we can't wait to stay here again for another occasion or just a getaway. The whole experience at this location is % amazing. We loved our stay! Lashaun was welcoming from the very beginning & made sure we felt welcomed. The house is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and so many places to sit and enjoy the views. The river behind the house was a true bonus. Lashaun had everything well organized and checked in with me to make sure we were happy. We were able to see lots of birds, deers, and barn cats. We will definitely be back when we need another relaxing getaway from city life.

Great Getaway!

We were in town for a wedding and had a GREAT experience at the property. Everything was exactly as described. Even better, as it was a wedding, we realized we needed an iron, hair dryer and such and yet found everything in the house... including coffee which I overlooked in our planning. Plus the river is so relaxing. It's been years since I've been able to sit by a river and read. It was awesome. Highly recommend.

We have lived in the area for over 23 years and we enjoy sharing this very special and unique property with guests. We're located close to town and we're on the wine/ale trail. Hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring the area are all close by. We're happy to help with suggestions or you can unwind, relax, and enjoy nature.

Why they chose this property

We never thought we'd find a house on a beautiful little river that's 5 minutes to town and the freeway. The location is convenient to everything yet it feels private and secluded.

What makes this property unique

You will not find another MCM home on the water, close to Old Town, Downtown, restaurants, shopping, wedding venues, outdoor sports/activities, that's also secluded and private. You can see and hear the river from every room.
