Cabin was very clean. They supplied the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very nice. And close to area attractions
Very conveniently located by Cherokee, bryson city, and dillsboro. Plenty of stores, restaurants just minutes away. The ping pong, living room, fire pit were a hit! Would stay there again for sure
A peaceful cabin and a beautiful place to stay. Not far from town. We absolutely loved it and will stay there again if we go back to that area. Clean and evwrything we needed.
Me and family really love the place especially the view. My husband planning to go back in this same spot next spring. Everything is near by and especially the Cherokee museum.
This was hands down the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean and everything went very smoothly from start to finish! It has great amenities (especially the hot tub and ping pong table) and is very close to a lot of beautiful hikes. I can’t recommend this cabin enough!
Great location very quiet cabin.
Could be bit cleaner but after all it's cabin. We had great family time and good rest from noise city life. Just sitting on porch with cold one and watching smoky mountain sunset..amazing!!
Cabin was clean and bigger than what I thought. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Location was pretty good only 10 minutes from the casino and Cherokee nation. My only complaint is the hot tub never got above 81 degrees so we were unable to get in it.
The property overall was nice. tucked away and was easy to find. the specific directions were unnecessary. only issue was the hot tub, didn’t look very clean and water doesn’t get warm enough to enjoy. also the bath tub- make sure you clean it your self if you want to use the jets. we turned them on and black specks were in the tub water. everything else was fine and we enjoyed our time there
Cabin was clean and nice. Location was ideal. Kids enjoyed downstairs game/TV area. Adults enjoyed coffee on front porch each morning. Essentials for a comfortable stay were all provided. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would not try to find house for first time after dark. Tips: look for name of road on white marker coming up from ground -not tall street sign. Don’t choose pull out couch in loft if you want to get any sleep. I think that there are 2 more couches that pull out -try those! Overall-great place to stay!
This was our first time to the Smoky Mountains and the cabin we rented was the best compliment to the experience of our trip. We found that the North Carolina side of the park was much quieter and slower paced which was exactly what we were looking for. The Cabin is nestled in to the side of a hill hidden from the main road which gave us privacy and peacefulness. We enjoyed the copious fireflies in the evening, the birds in the morning, and a few bunnies which hopped across the lawn. The accomodations were generous and comfortable. The management company kept us informed of power outages in the area which did not affect us, but was comforting to know that they were looking out for our comfort and safety. Overall it was a great experience, something we would do again.
The cabin was very nice so was the hot tub the only thing we had a huge issue with is the pool table i rented this cabin for my boyfriend for his bday and he’s big into playing pool so i picked this cabin mainly for being able to play pool and the table was so ridiculously not level that the balls would all roll into the middle of the pool table we couldn’t even use it and a whole pocket was missing as well very disappointed when it comes to that part everything else was great tho

Hi, Maria. I am so glad you enjoyed the cabin and hot tub. A hot tub in the winter is quite amazing! On the other hand, I am very sorry to hear about the pool table and I will have this addressed immediately. Thank you for providing that feedback. We want our guests to have the best experience so we appreciate you letting us know. Thanks again for your stay, and I am so happy you had a great time!

Dirty
Just dirty. Tons of cobwebs, piles of dirt/dust/trash under the one recliner. Bathtub was filthy and had mold in jets. Cockroaches outnumbered us 20:1. The refrigerator was very loud and ran almost continuously. Not to our standards, I don’t like to go on vacation and downgrade. We left a day early, they aggressively refused any refund because we didn’t allow them to “make it right”. Short of a 6 hour deep clean and an exterminator visit, it wouldn’t have ever been right
The cabin had everything you would need. It was private but only about 10 minutes from Cherokee. Our only complaint is the driveway. Although paved, it is very steep and had a mound of dirt and rocks at the end of it. The turn to park in front of the cabin was also also challenging. All of these factors made it dangerous to enter on a motorcycle. I would maintain the driveway better by removing the rocks.

Not clean
The hot tub was cloudy & grimy. The Jacuzzi was unusable due to dirtiness. Pictures taken. This place is also very over priced & check in isn't until 5pm which still counts as a full day stay, you will be charged for that full day
Overall, this was the perfect property for what we needed for the weekend get away with another family. I would say that the cabin could have been cleaner overall. You could tell the furniture hadn't been moved and cleaned under in a while. The hot tub could also be cleaner.
