Rang the owner the day before for admission instructions as had not received any, to be told that their property was taken off site several months ago and they had not received any of the full amount we paid in Feb 2026. Unable to contact Expedia on site or by phone. No options on website for Expedia or VRBO for property not available. No answer to several phonecalls just automated roundabouts. Managed to book accommodation at another site at such short notice. Wasted most of day on this and my son spent two hours next day and ended up just as frustrated . He is a professional computer expert. Now processing refund through bank. G Could not give lower than one star.
