3BD Serviced Apartment in City Center suitable for long stay and large group

The traditional Vietnamese apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms in the central district in downtown Saigon. The space is fully equipped and furnished with basic necessities. As this is a serviced apartment, security and housekeeping team will be available for your further assistance.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned. It was completely in 2006 hence up to standard for its long presence in the apartment market.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dinning table, study/workplace.
1. Bedrooms
I have two fixed bedrooms with two fixed beds, however the study room can be turned into the third bedroom if you let me know in advance.

Bath amenities (towels, toiletries) .
3. Kitchen
The kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette.
4. Living room:
Sofa and cable TV

For your convenience and interest, I will also provide pick-up and drop-off from the airport for $25 both ways ($15 one way). This is applicable during the driver's work hour from 07:30to 18:30 weekday and 07:30 - 11:30 on Saturday.

The price package includes daily housekeeping, 24/7 security, 10%tax, and utilities only for short-term rentals (less than 30 days). Extended-stayers will need to pay the utility invoice to the authority (my staff will give the guests the meter reading and bill).

We have a rule that we have to comply with the law. Once you have decided to stay with us, we will need your original passports or Vietnamese ID (if you have) on the date of your arrival to register with the authority that you are currently staying in our property. The authority can be inspecting any property any time and we do not want to be in trouble with them in case of unregistered guests. We will make photocopies of your passports and register them online. This is also how we pay tax for your stay :)
