Our 1850+ sq. ft townhome was recently renovated for your comfort and enjoyment. The space has high vaulted ceilings in the common areas with a large open floor plan & fireplace. Plenty of space to enjoy quality time with your family and friends. Relax on our spacious back deck which backs up to the mountain stream for complete relaxation and serenity.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhouse. Less than a 5 minute walk to the mountain or utilize the free MOOOver shuttle at the top of the complex. Amenities include heated hot tub, sauna, gym and outdoor pool (May-Oct), at no additional costs.

Shop, dine and take advantage of numerous outdoor activities and landmarks in the area during every season! Walk to the Grand Summit Resort for a day of relaxation at Naturespa. Dine within minutes at dozens of restaurants and breweries. 12 minute drive to the quintessential Vermont town of Wilmington. Or visit one of the many other nearby mountains!

Great condo with great location!

My family and I along with our friends had a wonderful stay here! We were 4 adults and 5 kids all together and we fit perfectly in the space. The accommodations were clean and cozy. We loved all the blankets the host provided and the kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking in much easier. The location is amazing with a short drive or easy walk to the mountain. Virginia, the host, was really communicative and easy to reach for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Winter break vacation

Great property for having teenagers. Plenty of space to come back and relax with everyone being comfortable. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner the entire stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. The walk to the mountain is about a 10 minutes.
