This second floor nicely decorated 3 Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 Bathroom condo in the Xanadu Villa complex has views of the courtyard. The large condo has a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third. The Living Room, King Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom each have new flat screen televisions. The villa has new hardwood flooring throughout and a well stocked fully equipped kitchen with all full sized appliances. Just across the street from the beach, Xanadu Villas is a short distance from shopping, local restaurants and activities.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great vacation!

Pictures are just like the condo. Everything was great! We also found that there was a washer and dryer on each floor a couple days before we were leaving. I don’t think I remembered seeing that in the description.

Spring Break Pleasure

The property was just what we were looking for. It was conveniently located across the street from the beach and walking distance to dining and shopping. The property was clean and had plenty of room for myself and my two girls. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location

Only complaint we have was there was still quite a bit of sand in condo when we checked in and the dryer on the floor was not working which we planned on using during the trip. Otherwise great location short walk to the beach.
