This is your chance to do exactly that!!
This 1 bedrm condo is located in Xanadu Villas, which is a 5 min walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Xanadu is a gated community with a pool, lagoon and tennis courts. Condo on the third floor with an elevator for convenience. A balcony overlooking courtyard and lagoon for relaxing morning coffee. It has been completely remodeled in 2021, King bed, new appliances and everything you'll need to cook in the new kitchen. It is very close to Coligny Plaza shopping, restaurants, bike path, and, most importantly, the beach.
A twin air mattress is also included to accommodate a 3rd person.
Laundry is a quad within 10 ft of your door, very convenient.
This is suitable for a couple and one small child.

Great location and beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in the best location. Quick walk to the beach and downtown area. The owners thought of every little detail needed for our stay and were quick to respond to questions. We fell in love with Hilton Head.

Retreat to the beach

The condominium was very nice. a comfortable bed. very nicely stocked kitchen as we don't like to eat all of our meals out. Good location. Pool was shut down for one day..all in all, i would recommend this condo.

Great location, comfortable accommodations

The owner of this property has thought of everything. The place was comfortable, clean and a great location. You can walk or ride your bike to the beach, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. We will look this property up again for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Great Stay!!!

My wife and I came to realize very quickly that we weee blessed with a great condo and LOCATION. We were close to shopping, the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The kitchen galley was really nice and convenient. Comfortable bed and furniture. Martha, our host, was very responsive and helpful. Loved it.

Beautiful!

The condo was lovely, kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Everything was honestly so nice and there was a bike rental right around the corner from us. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The only thing I would change would be the chemicals used to clean the condo. It was very strong as my partner is sensitive to smell and even I had a hard time getting used to it. That’s all! Everything else was great! Thank you Martha!
