Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was overpriced for what we got. There is poor lighting throughout. The bathroom is tiny, tiny, tiny and not enough towel racks. All table seating is hightop seating- both inside and outside on the deck. It would have been nice to have had another option for a table. The kitchen has minimal outfitting- no salt & pepper; no saran wrap or aluminum foil. The decor is very very dated- beach decor which did not fit the tiny bare existence apartment.

Great Location

Great central location. Easy to bike to a lot of places. 10-15 minute drive to most restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach. Free bikes were a nice touch, as were the beach chairs.

Last minute Hilton Head trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great trip to Hilton Head staying in this one bedroom condo. The unit had everything we needed and the bikes were so nice to have. The location was just adjacent to the Alder beach access and an easy half mile walk to Coligny circle. Would definitely rent here again.

Great Little Condo

Location was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We used the bikes everyday so it was nice to have them included. More thorough instructions on how to operate the televisions would have been helpful. Upon our arrival, the front door would not lock properly but we called the property maintenance and they came within half an hour and solved the problem.
