Great little place! Right on the beach and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Very Close to Coligny plaza for shopping and some food. And a short walk on the beach to the tiki hut for some live music. 10/10 would recommend!

We booked this condo at HH less than 24 hours from departing Tampa. Wanted to break up a 16 hour drive back to Pittsburgh. The condo met all our needs for a short 2 day stay. Would have stayed longer but weather wouldn’t cooperate. About a .10 minute walk to Coligny Sq. and short walk to the beach. Very pleased with our stay. Host responded quickly to all our inquiries.

GREAT Space!! Clean, the kitchen had all we needed. Plenty of towels/ kitchen supplies , sheets supplied , toiletries, has everything you need …. Very comfy bed !A quick walk to beach ! We walked to dinner PERFECT AREA to park your car and enjoy the area !!We had a problem with 1 of the codes we messaged the owner he got back to us in seconds ! GREAT JOBJUST WHAT WE NEEDED!!

The property was peaceful, clean, as described and good valueIt was the appropriate size unit for two people. I would not put more than 2 adults in the unit. The pool area was VERY enjoyable. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bedroom was cramped for 2 small framed adults….this would not work for larger framed people. The host was VERY helpful and responsive. Location of unit to local activities was very good.

Paul's place was in a great location! That was definitely the best part of this condo. Otherwise it was quite basic, had what we needed. It was nice that they provided chairs, but was a bit of a bummer that they did not provide an umbrella, especially considering they were 65 to rent for a day. There were some other basics that would have been nice if they were provided - salt & pepper, coffee filters, olive oil. All in all I would recommend this condo, just was a bit basic.

The apartment was clean and the check in was seamless. I would more accurately call it “ocean barely visible “. That wasn’t a big deal for us but it is advertised as “ocean view “. The bedroom is very small so the picture is a little deceiving. This is a great location during good weather But if you’re spending most of the time on the beach. So, if you’re spending more time inside during winter then it’s not ideal. That is my mistake not the owners.
