Modern, Spacious 1 Bedroom Loft in DTLA - FREE Parking

This modern loft is within walking distance to many of downtown's best bars and restaurants. It's also less than a mile from crypto dot com arena. The location even offers fast access to Dodger Stadium, The Greek, and Banc of California Stadium.

Inside, is a large space with vaulted ceilings. Between the King bed in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 4 adults can sleep comfortably.

[Please note that from September 8, 2025 until approximately 3 weeks later, the pool and gym will be closed for renovations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We can provide recommendations for local gyms if needed. Don't hesitate to ask!]

Great little downtown spot.

Wife and I stayed 3 nights, nice clean place with amenities nearby plus restaurants and bars, convenient to freeways. Host was great and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment that is centrally located. We had such a fun time and look forward to staying again. The hot tub on the roof was fantastic. The pool isn’t heated, but an icy cold plunge was pretty fun and refreshing. And the views from the roof are spectacular!

Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, walkable. A little gym and rooftop pool/jacuzzi a plus. Slept 3 comfortably. The loft is roomy. Jordi and Manny were quick with communication when needed.

The rooftop pool + hot tub was one of our favorites. The home was really clean. Owner was super responsive. Came this way for the kiddos to see Universal Studios and Hollywood. If We come back this way, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us and our boys:)

Weekend getaway

My stay in a downtown LA loft was absolutely fantastic. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the action. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The loft itself was a dream – clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given its central location. Honestly, everything about the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this loft to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown Los Angeles.

Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown area. But it’s FREE so you can come and go as many times a day as you desire and don’t have to worry about paying for it each time. I would most definitely stay there again over a hotel. Several restaurants and cafes are within short walking distances (if not on the same block) along with a food truck right around the corner. A CVS at one end of the street and a couple of convenience stores right by the building. I’m all about conveniences. You won’t be disappointment with your stay.

Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need for your stay including a Keurig AND drip coffee pot. The entire condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. and the AC worked very well. There were no views from the condo, but the roof top was excellent. We were literally only there to sleep, so the views didn't matter. Jori and his partner had some of the fastest communication I've ever experienced with any property rental as well. Concierge staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. Over-all 5/5.

Fantastic Downtown LA VRBO Rental Experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO vacation property rental in downtown LA, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we booked the property, communication with both the owner, (Jordi) and property manager (Manny) was seamless and efficient, making the entire process stress-free. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a clean and well-maintained property that exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The security team at the lobby ensured that we were safe while waiting for our Uber ride for an early departure to the airport or when we leave or arrived late. Situated in downtown LA, we found ourselves within walking distance of various stores, restaurants, and attractions, including the Crypto.com Arena where we attended KCON 2024.
