Newly renovated Pool Villa 10min walk Siesta Beach

This beautiful home has been extensively remodeled, lays on the canal and only 5 minutes from the famous Siesta Key beach. Enjoy the electrically heated, huge pool and large caged lanai with its beautiful canal view – especially during fantastic sunsets.

The patio table and outdoor sofa lounge are covered giving you some nice shade in the summer and letting you sit outside also on a rainy day or during an afternoon shower. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. You walk on wood and tile floors throughout the house. For your communication and entertainment, the house offers wireless internet, Cable TV and DVD, flat-screen TV`s in the master bedroom and living room. Both bedrooms have King Beds and an own bathroom. In the garage, you will find all the necessary things for a great day at the beach (e.g. cool box, beach chairs, beach umbrella). Have a wonderful vacation!

Summer sun in Siesta Key

We had an amazing time . We were coming to see friends in Sarasota . The house was great and our friends were really impressed aswell . We had a small glitch with the front door but Birgit and Daniel were there within 30 minutes to sort . I have nothing but praise for the whole experience . Thank you

Beautiful house, great pool and lanai, excellent service

The Happy Dolphin house really made us happy and our vacation a great one. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, nice baths and living rooms as well as the covered eating and lounge area on the lanai. Our children spent most of their day either in the big pool or went by bicycle in 5 minutes to the fantastic beach. We even had occasional visits from manatees who stayed several hours right in front of our house. It must have been a family since they had also a baby. A big thank you also to Birgit and Daniel who were ready to respond quickly whenever we had a question. We look forward to coming back to the Happy Dolphin and placed our reservation for next year already now.
