Property is as described and absolutely perfect for any golf trip or group Scottsdale trip. Pool was great, house was great, and host Tim is very professional and great to work with.
Great location for golf and family. It worked out well location wise for golf, aquarium and rail park. Also close to all kinds of food and beverage options.
Great house. Beautiful, spacious, comfy beds. Had a great stay
Amazing house, plenty of big comfy beds to sleep in. Tons of extra things to do as well. Also, great proximity to food, old town, and good golf courses.

Thanks, Jason. Glad you guys enjoyed the home. Come back next time you’re in town!
My friends and I absolutely loved this property! The house itself was great and the backyard is an awesome place to hangout and relax. Would recommend.
This house was perfect for our annual golf trip! It comfortably slept 15 of us and had plenty of room for us. Tim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The backyard was amazing, we definitely enjoyed hanging out there.
Property met all expectation. Tim responded quickly on any questions our group of 8 golfers had about the property. If we return to Scottsdale next year we will book this house again, no question.
Highly recommend staying if you need a house with a lot of space! Ample amount of beds/sleeping areas. We had 15 and it never felt cramped. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Backyard was as nice as advertised. Close to everything fun Scottsdale has to offer. Property manager (Tim) was awesome, clear with any neighborhood rules/overall communication. Would no doubt stay again!

Glad you had a great time, Max. You’re welcome back anytime you’re in Scottadale.
The property was nice, my family and I enjoyed staying here. The cleaners could have done a better job, it felt like a quick cleaning and not very thorough. We had to open the windows at night to cool down the house, most bedrooms don’t have fans. Two of the bathrooms don’t have trash cans, when there are signs to not put anything down the drain. Don’t plan on doing anything outside after 9pm even talking.

Why wouldn’t people be able to talk outside after 9? Outdoor is what makes the house so special. Sorry you didn’t get to have fun outside like all our other guests.

Beautiful property but beware
Property had lots to offer but was in somewhat rough condition, previous renters had really damaged the place and certain things weren’t fully clean or repaired. Additionally, host had very strict rules and tried to blame us for some of the damage that was done to the house before we got there. Ultimately a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay, but the condition of the house and handling of damages didn’t sit well with me. I would recommend a stay here but I would definitely purchase insurance.

Glad you enjoyed the house Chris, and I appreciate you pointing out the broken toilet paper holder.
Good news is we were able to get it fixed as soon as you checked out. You didn’t mention anything about the house not being clean during our many conversations during your stay. Had you mentioned anything we would have sent cleaners back over again, but you said the place was great and you loved it.
Regarding the complain post stay We did find grease poured down our drain after your stay which caused a clog in the pipes, which is what I asked you about. There was still grease in the sink itself.
But regardless, I’m glad you enjoyed the house during your stay.
