North Alder Park provides an expansive grassy space where children and families can engage in recreational activities. Discover a shared firepit with complimentary wood and outdoor seating available. It serves as an ideal setting for gathering with loved ones to enjoy roasting marshmallows or simply relaxing together under the evening sky, exchanging stories, and admiring the stars. Enjoy a prime location within walking distance of a playground, a dog park, Crescent Park, restaurants, shops, and the Pacific Glen Beach entrance. When you book this charming home away from home, you are also granted access to on-site amenities that include basketball and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and bocce ball.

As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by a welcoming and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Plop comfortably on the sofa and read one of the books provided or stream a favorite series or movie on the smart 42-inch HDTV with streaming and cable services. There is also a game collection that will keep you busy and entertained during your stay. Surprise your guests with delicious homemade treats and meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). If you need to check in at work, Yarmouth Yacht Clubs's private WiFi network with internet speeds up to 100Mbs download and 10Mbs upload to easily work remotely. Discover a spacious covered front porch that features two generous Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing. Meanwhile, the covered back porch serves as the perfect spot to host summertime barbecues with the Weber BBQ. Additional perks include a smart 32-inch HDTV in the main bedroom and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
With this rental, you'll have access to select Seabrook amenities like parks (playground and dog park), basketball courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, firepit, bocce ball, and Pacific Glen Beach Entrance. Please be aware that this rental does not include Seabrook's pool or gym. If you have any questions during your stay, please reach out to Vacasa, as Seabrook does not manage this home and is unable to assist.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
