The condo was very clean and with a full kitchen set up. Very spacious with plenty of seating areas inside and out.even had a step in shower which was great even if it was small. Convenient to good eating places.

The place was adequate. Clean. Well stocked. I was in a hurry when I booked and didn’t realize the balcony faces the busy road not the beach side. The view was still nice, but I definitely prefer the views of the ocean. Owners communicated well. When we got there one of the tubs was plugged but they came and fixed it right away. Phoenix 9 is nice more secluded than phoenix 10 less people to deal with.

Very spacious and clean. Easy access to the beach. And close to the FloraBama lounge. First time Orange Beach visitors and we had a blast! White couch showed a little wear, but that was the only noticeable issue. Large patio facing the river had shade most of the day.

Perfect for Relaxing

Everything we needed was in the condo and the location was perfect. Very friendly staff and such a clean building. The elevator was really quick which helped for trips back and forth to the beach.

Great Condo and Amazing View

My family enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and roomy. The view is beautiful from the main living area and bedroom. Beach access is convenient. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome on the rainy day. The security guards and front desk are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We spent a week in this beautiful condo. It is exactly as described. We usually stay beach front, however, the bay front view is amazing day and night. Plus, you are only a few step from the beach when you take the elevator to the first floor. We will definitely be returning if at all possible.
Night view with sun going down, no Filter, it just reflected.

Our door code would not work. Evening guard was great in helping us to get help and make us comfortable until we had new code.Beach view was great but had to walk around building to see it. It was too cold to be on it

Ideal for what we needed, pretty much as described. Overall, it was a great place for us. Just the right size, well stocked kitchen. Couch was pretty uncomfortable and stained, also the floors and rugs seemed a little dirty. We feel like maybe the sheets on the second bedroom were not changed. Sand was in the bottom of the bed before my kids ever got in it. So my kids slept on blankets they had brought. Other than that, it really was great! Master bed was comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean, and well stocked. Very easy quick walk to get to the beach.
