Main house contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. The coach house contains 1bd/1ba. The garden is majestic, enjoy the pool and BBQ with your family+friends. Amazing location close to Beaches, Downtown, Convention Center, and more!

-fully equipped chef’s kitchen
-private, full enclosed outdoor pool
-private, enclosed outdoor space for sunbathing, activities, outdoor dining with 4-person table.
-Weber gas grill and Grillmaster charcoal grill for guest use
-high speed fiber internet throughout the house with up to 1TB upload/download speed
-laundry for guest use
-Walking distance to Palm Beach Convention Center (10 minutes), Norton Museum(5 minutes), Palm Beach Atlantic University (6 minutes)
-Palm Beach Island beaches and shopping are a short 8 minute drive.
Any stay over 15 days requires a Mid Stay clean at $40/hr
