We had a wonderful Christmas celebration at this beautiful home! Everything was perfect! I was so excited to have a fireplace, but we didn’t get to use it since it was 80 degrees outside i I was able to cook very easily in the well stocked kitchen- furniture was all very comfortable and everyone had plenty of room if they needed their own space for a bit….and the beds were fabulous!! Best rental i have ever experienced!

This was a perfect home away from home while we had repairs made on our house. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, which was a necessity, so that we didn’t have to board them. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet the location is close access to groceries, shopping and the highway. The owners were very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

After a house flood, we needed to relocate our family for several months. This house turned into our home. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. The house fit the needs of our family perfectly- including our pets!The neighborhood couldn’t have been better. People around, but quiet. Close proximity to the neighborhood pond and playground. Great sidewalks for walking. We’d recommend this property- and the folks that own/manage it- to anyone. And while we sure hope our house never floods and we have to move out again- we know exactly where we’d go.

I’m originally from Canada and moved to Tulsa for work. I decided to become a host because this was my first home that I solely owned, renovated, and loved. It has much of my own furniture, appliances, amenities. I fell in love, got married and we didn’t need two of everything, so we thought we’d give the furnished rental market a try.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a gem. It’s tucked away at the top of a hill that is a dead end. It’s quiet. Only 80 homes, sidewalks, koi pond, playground, pool that is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please drive slow and respect quiet hours. This is a lovely sweet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

A huge yard, and because there is a stocked pond, the wonderful sound of birds while you enjoy your coffee on the back cabana.
