Personal hygiene items (shampoo, body wash, etc.) not provided - however there is a convenient store located just down the road from the resort, as well as a Walmart & Price Chopper (located on the strip, just a few minutes down the road).
Pools and hot tub may temporarily close for maintenance—resort staff is quick to address

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place a load of used towels and linens in the washing machine and start the quick wash cycle.
Take trash to the dumpster at the end of the parking lot, next to the hiking trail sign.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
