This trip was a lady's getaway and this house was perfect for us! 3 bedrooms w/King beds, house was well stocked and they even set up a try with snacks and wine. The front patio was amazing to sit, relax and people watch.Location was great! The view in the picture was exactly what we got :) Communication with the host before, during and after was very timely with very little wait time.Overall, I would defiantly recommend this property

The house was very nice! The walk to the ocean was very close. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Roasting marshmallows over the fire pit was fun!

We had to book something last minute that was pet friendly as our plans change at the last minute. Since this was over 4th of July weekend which left not many places available that would meet our requirements is why the price was so high. This place was as described and was very close to the beach and offered everything to a resort level quality level. The front patio was amazing morning, noon and night. We really liked the fenced patio as we had a dog with us and being unfamiliar with the area, provided a level of security and comfort with having a dog with us. The layout of the property was nice and offered a lot of privacy. Given 4th of July the area was quite quiet in the evening. I would recommend this property for a family with a pet and would consider this property for future rental.

Excellent location! Wonderful layout for our family of 6. Clean and comfortable. This was steps away from a magical beach! Perfect for family swimming, as well as our morning coffee time and evening sunsets. Just what the good Doctor ordered!

Excellent Stay / Tastefully Done

Our stay was amazing! The place is great, as advertised, and no corners were cut in what seems to be a recently renovated space. Great location with views of the ocean, and easy walk down to the pier. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Amazing property!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Super clean and comfortable! All the amenities anyone would need and then some, beautiful finishes, and a great location. Excellent and prompt customer service - the property management team even checked on us when cleaning the other unit to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again anytime we are in Oceanside!

Great beach vacation!

My family of four had a great time in Oceanside. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness put into the amenities. We used the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards - it was a very easy walk to the beach. The fire pit in front of the front deck ocean view is a perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be back!

Oceanside Cousin Camp 2025

Beautiful new property equipped with all of the latest technology. Responsive management and helpful onsite staff. Kitchen has all the new amenities and a coffee/tea station that is beyond compare. Bathrooms are clean and well supplied. Living area is cozy and comfortable.A great property for a family vacation.

Perfection in Oceanside

Beautifully renovated units with ocean view and within walking distance to the best of Oceanside. This was our special family time - a birthday and Easter. Such a perfect property with amazing detail to outdoor and indoor spaces. Every detail of the property was well thought out with no amenity left out. We'll definitely return.

Family Comfort

Richard and Janine were very friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. The site is just one block from the ocean, the hot tub was fantastic, and we enjoyed some family time on the porch under the soft lights. The ocean is close, and it was only a 17 minute walk to the sandy beaches, closer to the Oceanside pier. We loved this site!

For guests considering staying in the future: Directly in front of our property is "The Steps," a picturesque spot with breathtaking ocean views (directly across the street about 150 ft away- less than one block). Just 0.6 miles south: Relax at Buccaneer Beach, a sandy paradise perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Located in South O, this beach boasts a lifeguard tower (Tower 11) and is right across from Buccaneer Park. Don't miss the ultimate surfside snack shack, the beloved Buccaneer Café, for a delicious treat. 0.8 miles north: Spend a fun-filled day at Tyson Beach Park, complete with a charming playground, picnic areas, and convenient bathrooms. It's ideal for family outings, with easy access stairs leading from the park to the beach. Also for those guests interested in skipping the short walk we have: "Circuit" in the downtown area. A super cute electric cart service. It can pick you up right in front of our property and whisk you away to the beach or downtown area for just $2 per person (maximum of $6 for a group). Perfect rental

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner here. Made great use of the kitchen. Perfect setup. All 3 rooms have great beds and space. Detailed special touches throughout - including a comfy robe. Loved the outdoor spice and hot tub. Can get a partial view of the ocean from the front and out 2 of the bedroom windows. Even though all the units seemed to be full we still felt like we were in a private getaway. The front deck and table were ours alone. Janine and Richard were fantastic at communication. Quick walk to the strand. And a nice stroll to many restaurants- and the pier. About a mile to a mile 1/4. Also walked to the Turkey trot race. Fabulous time overall.

We didn't want to leave! A

Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. We stayed here in mid March with our two college aged kids and two small dogs. The check in process was very professional from signing waivers to paying through VRBO. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. The house was like staying at a 5 star resort. Very clean and we loved the aesthetic/design. The linens were very cozy and the master bed (w/the memory foam topper?) was divine. Little extras like the coffee/espresso bar, wine and shampoo/conditioner were appreciated and added to the resort feeling ;) We used the outdoor front yard almost all the time sitting in front of the fire pit, BBQing and eating al fresco and using the hot tub every night. Great people watching as this is on the way to the strand. There is a great little market around the corner and a bike shop too for rentals. There are a several great bike trails nearby and we biked to downtown Carlsbad (15 min) to shop and also went on a longer ride on the San Luis Rey River Trail. Also convenient was the Ride Circuit service that we used to go to dinner in downtown Oceanside one evening! The house has a great partial ocean view and the sound of the waves was always present. I will 100% book this property again as one of our kids is at UCSD, less than 30 min away.

This facility exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness was exceptional and every conceivable amenity was provided from toiletries to spices. We brought our dog and it was so easy to grab a poop baggie before taking the Doodle for his pottie walk. The AC kept the place very comfortable. All the bathrooms were clean and convenient. K-cups and a Keurig were provided as well as a Nespresso machine with a selection of pods. It was a very easy and relaxing place to stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the fabulous front yard patio, to the house furnishings. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood...easy short walk to restaurants and a local market. The pier and beaches are also within walking distance.The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and quickly answered any questions we had.If you're visiting the Oceanside area, this property is a great place to stay.We would love to return.
