The creek was what sealed the deal for me online, and it did not disappoint. I could have spent the whole vacation just sitting on the deck with no regrets. Everything was clean and in place, there were cool books to read and the temperature was perfect. It did not hurt that I visited during awesome weather. Would go back to the same place if I get back to Sheridan.

This property was just as described in the listing. Everything was very neat and clean. We especially loved the abundance of towels for our stay. We loved the location next to a scenic creek in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

This rental was exactly what we hoped for. Plenty of parking space for our trailer, SxS, and SUV. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was a huge bonus. Our kids were thrilled to be able to go to the pool, grab ice cream, and explore the creek. It made our trip feel relaxed and memorable. We’d definitely book again.

Very nice and relaxing. Ducks and ducklings swimming by, Turkeys and mule deer in the neighborhood. Close to park. Check this place out, will not be sorry.

This is a wonderfully updated older home in Sheridan. Everything was clean and well organized. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had no issues or questions during our stay. Beds were all comfortable, plenty of nice towels for showers. Overall a great place to stay for a week in Sheridan.Ron

Our stay was AMAZING! The space is comfortable and very conveniently located to down town Sheridan and other areas of interest.The creek running by the creek is cooling and comfortable. Both the deck and front port are welcoming and great retreat from a day's activities.

Adorable little cottage really close to main st!

This place was so cute. We loved the location, it was right off the creek and had a nice deck overlooking it. Felt like you were in the middle of the woods. But then it was like a 10 minute walk to Main St with shops and restaurants. Perfect place to stay for our small family.

Nice place on the creek

Location is beautiful: you are sitting on the patio and watching the creek. Close to town center yet very quiet. Good communications by the host. Well-equipped kitchen.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. When we arrived shortly after our 3 pm check-in, it was clear the house had not been prepared for guests. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen, old coffee still in the pot, garbage in both the kitchen and bathroom, no towels or shampoo, one of the beds was unmade, and shopping bags were scattered across the dining table.We immediately contacted the host through the VRBO app and by phone, but did not receive a response for more than six hours. The host eventually came after 9pm to make the bed and do some last-minute cleaning, but by then our evening was already disrupted.Another concern: the downstairs basement bedroom (accessed through an unfinished area) does not appear to meet Wyoming’s fire egress requirements, which raises real safety issues. Also worth noting, part of the house seems to be rented separately, which is not clearly stated in the listing.Overall, while the property’s location is good, the lack of preparation, slow response from the host, and safety concerns make this a place I would not rent again.
