This is an updated 1960s home located right next to the beach (across the street at the very popular walking path), near the kiting beach and maybe a 10 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton. Stan was very responsive and helpful. The place has everything you need for a great vacation.

Great property directly across the street from the ocean. Perfect spot to watch the sunset on the front patio. Also, good snorkeling spot by a shipwreck right out the front door. Just bring some water shoes -- there are some rocks. Property hosts Stan and Vicky were great. Had a minor issue with the A/C and had it fixed within 1 hour. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can't wait to go back.

Excellent location. The house has a lot of space for the 12 of us. Enjoyed the backyard with the pool and sitting area. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the front sitting area. Across the street was a shipwreck that you can swim to and snorkel. Walking distance to the Ritz and beaches. Vicky is amazing and gave us some places to eat and beaches to go to. Very responsive when we had questions. Would book this house again in the future.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of seating for the whole family. It was spacious and very clean. Vicki was there to greet us and give us a tour. Stan stopped by the next day to ensure everything was as expected. The location was also perfect. We snorkeled at the beach right in front of the house. We will definitely book here again when we visit Aruba.
