Detached house in quiet and central street, five minutes from Rua das Pedras, with large front and side balcony. Comfortable living room with LED TV, SKY antenna, two bedrooms, one suite, bathroom, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, grill and multipurpose cabinets. Crockery and cutlery. Area with barbecue and bathroom service. Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms come with a change of bedding and bath. Table linens are available. There is no meal service or cleaning during the rental. The house has maximum occupancy allowed for six people and internal parking for 03 cars. (Check in at 12:00 and Check out at 12:00).
