Estadia muito boa.

A casa é muito boa, os espaços são inteligentes e conectam a os comodos de uma forma legal. Um banheiro para cada quarto facilita muito, além de uma vista muito interessante e silencio. Alcides é de fácil comunicação e um ótimo anfitrião. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Natal em familia

Reunimos as famílias para o natal de 2017, vindo cada um de um lugar: Rio de Janeiro, Itália e Inglaterra. Foi maravilhoso! A casa é iluminada, espaçosa e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada, camas cômodas e ar condicionado funcionando, apesar que usamos pouco pois a casa é muito bem ventilada. Saudades de tomar café da manhã com esta vista... Lembrem-se que a casa é no alto e tem escadas, para nós não foi um problema. Se você tiver disposição de caminhar 10’ tem uma ótima padaria. O anfitrião, Cid, é presente, disponível e discreto. Nos recebeu com simpatia e nos deixou a vontade como se estivéssemos em nossa casa. Obrigada por todas as dicas e pela ótima estadia que tivemos. Ficará um Natal inesquecível! Recomendo e volto com certeza! Um abraço Cid

Ambiente muito agradável! Recomendo muito!

Ambiente limpo, agradável, condizente com as fotografias e com o que promete. Proprietário muito simpático. Imóvel perto do centro e de todos os pontos turísticos. Excelente custo beneficio. Amei!

Ótima Localização, Excelente Casa

A casa do Sr Alcides fica num local muito agradável, alto, com bela vista e bem ventilada. A casa é espaçosa e tem cômodos amplos. A sala de jantar e cozinha tem um linda vista. Está próxima ao centro e tem serviços de conveniência a curta distância. Banheiro e duchas muito bons. O único porém fica por conta dos equipamentos de ar-condicionado, que mereceriam uma atualização.
