Decorated by architect, with gardens, swimming pool, barbecue and sauna with showers, fully renovated, very green, window screens, broadband internet, two cable TVs, this duplex home is situated in a gated and family condominium, 100 steps from right corner of Geribá beach, quiet spot with less people in the sand. Has 24 hour security, janitor living in the condominium. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master suite upstairs), two bathrooms, two floors, a mezzanine, kitchen, bar, two balconies, one with luxury shower, hammocks for those who enjoy. Split air conditioning in every room, new and powerful ceiling fans, high ceilings, very large living room and perfect master suite with large balcony and luxury shower overlooking garden and banana trees. Comfortable and cozy house, while being rustic. For the livelier, Geribá also means hot spot, with beach volleyball and surfing, stand up paddle, and kiosks with ballad at sunset and dusk.

Excelente ubicación en la mejor playa de Buzios

Disfrutamos mucho nuestras vacaciones en la propiedad de Ruth, está a pasos del mejor sector de la playa de Geribá y todo cumple con la descripción del aviso. Sólo compartiría como dato útil que las camas son muy duras para lo que estamos acostumbrados en Chile, por lo que no dormimos bien, aunque en mi experiencia esto es algo común en Brasil.

A estadia foi extremamente agradável, a Ruth foi muito solícita durante todo o processo, tirou dúvidas, deu sugestões e dicas de restaurantes. A casa é exatamente conforme o anúncio, um imóvel bem ventilado, com bastante iluminação natural, num condomínio fechado e com bastante vegetação, a casa também é muito bem equipada e numa localização excelente, bem próximo a praia, restaurantes e comércio local. Eu e minha família só teremos boas recordações da viagem.

Ficamos muito felizes nessas férias! A casa da Ruth e cuidadosamente pensada para agradar e acolher o hospede! A casa e grande, bonita e confortável. Tem churrasqueira privativa, piscina e um jardim do condomínio muito bem cuidado. E mais, pertissimo da praia de Geriba. Nos sentimos acolhidos pela casa e pela anfitriã que nos deu ótimas dicas. Lugar impecable, la casa con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Ambientes amplios y cómodos. Estuvimos en la misma casa hace 2 años. No solo esta muy bien cuidada sino que han hecho reformas que la hacen aun mas comoda. Ruth su dueña atenta a todas las necesidades. Janilson quien controla el complejo también. A metros de la playa de geriba una de las más amplias de buzios. Esto facilita el ir y volver sobre todo al medio dia para quienes tenemos hijos. El complejo tiene seguridad 24 hs. Espacio de parrilla y pileta. Esta a menos de 10 minutos a pie de ponto de barra un lugar hermoso para ver el atardecer. Para ir al centro de buzios las combis te llevan y te traen por pocos reales sin necesidad de alquilar un auto que para estacionar suele ser complicado. Sin duda alguna volvería a buzios y a esta casa!!

Excelente e aconchegante

Fui com minha família e ficamos hospedados na casa da Ruth! Fica quase na areia de Geribá, numa localização privilegiada, com mercearia na rua da casa e vários mercados próximo! A suíte no segundo piso é uma delícia! A rede na varanda com as árvores no quintal dá um renovo incrível! A tv passa todos os canais de tv a cabo, assistimos alguns filmes nos dias de muita chuva e isso fez toda a diferença! A Ruth foi prestativa demais e seguimos todas as dicas dela sobre pontos turísticos e olha, valeu a pena! A casa é em condomínio e a piscina fica ao lado, então, chegávamos da praia e dávamos um bom mergulho! Recomendo com garantia de muito sossego e paz!

Excelentes vacaciones en familia!

Lugar inmejorable. A una cuadra de la playa de Geriba, una de las mas amplias en Buzios. Condominio muy bien mantenido con gente de seguridad y mantenimiento las 24 hs. Pileta y area común con parrilla comoda. La casa espectacular!!!. Estuvimos 14 días la pareja, 3 hijas y 1 abuela. Super comoda, amplia, equipada con absolutamente todo lo necesario hasta aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. 3 habitaciones completas, 2 baños completos, escritorio. Ruth su dueña, super atenta. Nos recibió y luego mas alla de vivir en Rio nos escribió mas de una vez para ver como estaba todo y si necesitábamos algo. Sin lugar a dudas volveria a alquilarla con los ojos cerrados!!! No me queda mas que agradecer por unos días de descanso en familia y con amigos unicos!
