We had such a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. My family and I had the best time and truly enjoyed every moment. The beach was absolutely beautiful too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We would happily come back again!

Group trip, we had a blast, fun reconnecting with family. Townhome is older, but kept in really great shape. Clean, comfortable. Close to everything we love to do.

Great property with a great location!!

This property met all our needs for a fantastic vacation! Loved the location as well as it was walking distance to restaurants, shops and ice cream! We had the best views of the ocean and steps away from enjoying the beach. Great property and would definitely stay again!

Overall the place was good. Location is great. Host is great as well! It could use some updating but we were comfortable. Only complaint would be the water (shower) does not stay warm for very long. You have to shower at different times. I ran out of warm water after about 15 minutes

Unit was as described and had everything we needed for our party of 16! No streets to cross to get to the beach and we had our own beach space which was a huge help with so many kids! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Ok. So im usually not this way. But we booked a 10 thousand dollar stay at Miramar beach. Which they said was renovated. But boy, let me tell you seawinds 9 is in dire need of renovated. The decks are dangerous. Falling down . There's holes in the flooring, (covered by carpet). And the bathrooms smell like pigs. I guess everything else was OK, except for the fear of thinking my family would fall to thier death

If we were any closer to the water, we would have been wet. Ample room for our large group. A wonderful beach home. Christy was amazing, responsive and kind. Could not have asked for a better manager experience.

This was our second time staying at Seawinds 9. We had no problems. Warren Beach Rentals was very communicative about check in and outs and I have no doubt if we had had any questions they would’ve responded promptly. We will stay there again.

Beach House Rental

The rental home was nice and the main attraction being we had access to the beach and we were able to be around other attractions within less than 30 minutes that accommodated a variety of age ranges. I do feel that the paper in the rental needed to match the online description along with the cleaning of the beach access entry way needed to be accessible and cleaned out.

We appreciated the view and that it was pet friendly. Unfortunately it was not very clean and the maintenance on the place seemed poor. The floors had sand all over them, there were awfully smelly sea shells in a drawer in the basement that smelled like dead fish, someone took their contacts off and set them on the night stand and left them. There was a pair of kid shorts in the king size bed upstairs. The pictures did not really resemble what you receive. The walls had lots of water damage areas and really bad patches done, the tile in the kitchen was cracked and moved as you as you walked on it. We had trouble getting hot water. The basement bathroom looks to have a patch floor remodel job. the deck was in terrible shape. The grill was barely working and would only have a flame in the front side. The AC did work well though.
