Four king bedrooms feature Hobbit, Wizard, Dwarf and Elf themes, each with a smart TV and private en-suite bathroom. The Shire room sleeps eight in twin-XL bunks, while the Ent room has two queen beds.



Treebeard's Living Room offers seating, smart TV and fireplace. The Fellowship arcade includes a pool table, digital games, arcade games and multicade. The Dragon Den theater seats 12. The private indoor pool is available year-round and maintained at approximately 80°F.



The kitchen includes full-size appliances, small appliances and cooking essentials. gigabit Wi-Fi, Ethernet, workspace, washer and dryer, central air and heating are provided. A high chair and Pack 'n Play/travel crib are available.



Outdoors are a hot tub, gazebo fire pit, gas grill, patio or balcony, backyard seating and sun loungers.



House rules: check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out before 10:00 AM; no smoking; the cabin is not pet-friendly. Safety features include alarms, extinguishers, first-aid kits, fireplace guards, one exterior Ring security camera aimed only at the driveway and noise monitors that assess sound levels without recording audio.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the cabin and its amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, theater, arcade and outdoor areas. Self check-in is available through a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Gandalf's Getaway is in a quiet mountain setting with driving access to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Sevierville.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended because public transportation is limited. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the cabin; there is no garage.



Other Things to Note:

One complimentary full propane tank is provided per stay for the gas grill. Contact the host about firewood. One exterior Ring security camera is installed and aimed only at the driveway. Noise monitors assess sound levels without recording audio. Fast gigabit Wi-Fi is available on the network “Smoky Mountain Guest”; no password is required.
