About the host
Your host

This has been our home for nearly 20 years. Our children are now in their High School years are we found that driving into town for all their activities was just too much - so we bought a house in town. This is not an investment property but now a family cabin that just isn’t being used as much as it deserves.
We hope that you find as much joy and fun in this place as we do. This end of Lake Byllesby is quite unique during every season. During the busy summer boating season, this end is extremely quiet and peaceful. Due to the river delta, the bird species are plentiful and boats are few and far between.

What makes this property unique
The views and serenity are truly amazing. What makes this property unique and stand out from others on this southern MN lake is even on the busiest summer Saturday afternoon, it’s quiet here. Being quiet and on the river delta end of the lake however doesn’t preclude one from enjoying the main water activity in the deeper main part of the lake. Staying within 150’ of the north shoreline in your personal powerboat or pontoon (which you may tie up at our dock) as you proceed eastbound gives access to all a warm MN lake has to offer
