Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! The house fit our family perfectly and the location cannot be beat. Lake access was fantastic and perfect sandy beach for younger kids.

This was a family trip of 9 adults and a 1 yr old over a week.The accommodation provided lots of space for us to share or find quiet time. (Naps for granddaughter)The extra facilities, pickle ball courts,basketball and the beach were appreciated outdoor activities during our stay. Access to enjoy other activities in Invermere and surrounding area was excellent.A few items should be mentioned.We did find upon arrival that the main air conditioner was not in operation and that the host had installed a portable one inside a window off the deck. This did limit seating area on the deck with the open window and the heat exhaust uncomfortable. (Thankfully temperatures were cooler over the week)There were also new units under construction next door. On 1 particular day they were pouring the basement slabs on the 2 adjacent homes.Both of these conditions were not communicated prior to our arrival?!We did have an issue with the fire detectors early 1 morning going off over an hour as a result of low battery. This was reported to the host and they did have maintenance attend later that day and replaced 1 units battery.That same day late evening the alarm went off again.We thought all the batteries should have been replaced the first time maintenance attended?

Perfect for family reunion!

We rented two houses from Aisling Baile for a large family reunion of 16 people (Timbersmith and Modern Tides). Both houses were gorgeous, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed cooking large meals, eating on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, and playing games after active days enjoying the incredible scenery around Invermere. Highly recommend!

We love our stay even though it’s just for a short time. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. The whole place is clean, Kitchen have all the supplies you need, and we love the hot tub! Just had a little inconvenience with the shower knob of 1 of the bathroom and just too bad we couldn’t let our pet room around during our stay, would have been so perfect. But it went well and we still enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

A really great base

We were part of a large family group, ranging in age from grandparents to infants, and we needed an overflow property because the place where most of the group was staying wasn't big enough for all of us. This place worked really well for us, and we were very pleased with it. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Comfortable Stay

We rented this place for a weekend getaway with our 2 dogs. It had everything we needed and made for a comfortable stay. It is well situated for quick access to the highway and is conveniently close to downtown Invermere, Windermere and Fairmont. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Overall good value for the money we spent.
