Family Room

The Family Room in our villa is spacious, with a comfortable sofa that can convert in to a queen size bed, complemented by 2 seat sofa, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, 42" plasma TV, DVD player, Play Station 3 with games and a CD player.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Our Orlando villa rental has a well-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a breeze while you are on vacation.The kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is "complete" with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings, kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans.

Two Indoor Dinning Areas

The dinning areas consist of a breakfast nook and dinning table.

Master Bedroom

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, clock/radio, a dresser with a 22" flat screen TV, closet space, and an attached master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower with bath. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. This bedroom also has a safe and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom in this master bedroom also has a door leading to the pool area.

Second Master Bedroom

The second master suite is furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clock radio and a 22" flat screen TV. It has its own closet space and a private bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, nightstand and lamp, closet space, sharing a third bathroom.This bedroom also has a 22" flat screen TV

Fourth Bedroom

Laundry

Our villa in Orlando has a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Games room

Games room has a foosball table and pool table. Ideal for the kids on a wet day.

Pool deck and covered lanai

The pool area is probably the place where a lot of your spare time will be spent after a hard day in the parks. It has a large extended deck and a heated screened (24' X 12') pool. Heating is optional. The pool also has a safety screen round it to prevent small children falling in. All doors leading to the pool area have door alarms fitted to prevent the children opening these doors without you knowing. We also provide some pool floats etc for you to use. Just outside the pool screen is a charcoal BBQ grill for those who like the outdoor life.
