The property’s description was very accurate with a stunning view of the lake. We spent as much time as we could on the back porch.

Was our second stay here, and we loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us and our favorite part was sitting on the back deck enjoying the views. Looking forward to staying here again.

This was a great house for our family. Everything was very clean. The porches are amazing- they are large enough that we could enjoy being outside even during heavy rain. The railing around the porches and up and down the stairs is secure enough for young kids. There is also a door at the top of the stairs inside. The view to the lake is unobstructed. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We appreciated the labels on all the light switches. :)

Beautiful Location and Property

The location was great! Just within 10 minutes from our family member's private lake cabin. Beautiful views. The house was perfect! Plenty of room and everything updated and clean. The house was furnished with everything you would need for a short stay. We were very impressed and very pleased! We will definitely be back!

We come to this area on Dale Hollow Lake yearly for a large family reunion. We were pleasantly surprised with this lovely home. Although the square footage is a bit small the two very large decks more than make up for any perceived loss of space. Everything in the description was perfect, the house was very clean, and Jon is extremely easy to communicate with. My family was so excited that we immediately booked for next year. Quite honestly, the view alone will make it a fabulous destination.
What a great place for morning coffee. The furniture on the upper deck is extremely comfortable, and the view is spectacular.

Great stay at Lake house

We couldn't have been more pleased with Jon's house with a gorgeous view of Dale Hollow Lake. We were a family of six and found the accommodations perfect for us. We watched animals around the house, quiet sleeping, and grilling on the deck. The decks were a huge draw as the furniture was extra comfortable. Inside, the house was very clean and new looking. The marina was a short distance away (we rented kayaks and a pontoon boat). We would highly recommend this house for lake vacation.

This home was so wonderful, the attention to detail throughout was so great. The back decks (there are 2!) faced the lake and were spacious, peaceful and quiet. So happy we stayed here. Jon, our host was very easy to contact and very nice. We will be back!
