This property is very small but in a great location. Our only issues were that there were only 3 towels in the entire place, no sheets at all for the pull out couch and only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper.

This 1930s home is one of a kind in Gainesville. You won't find another one like it as it's a protected and preserved historic building in the city. It started off as a car port but was converted to a home in the 80s.
