Never got to stay

i paid the payment in full to stay in the home. Drove the 4.5 hours up to stay for two nights for a tournament. Arrived and never received an entry code. So was unable to stay, and had to search for a hotel with space and call customer service for a refund. The owner never answered any calls or the ring camera at the home. Disappointing! But customer service was very helpful.
