First Turn Condo at Charlotte Motor Speedway

This was originally Bruton Smith's own Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for a view of the race track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, this includes it's own PRIVATE balcony and a side window (only 8 units in entire building is Penthouses).

If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 6 people inside condo FREE of charge. Additional people require tickets and will be charged extra.

Awesome experience! Unbelievable views of the track. Condo is very clean and has everything you need except the internet tv didn't work. For January, it was very expensive. Condo needs lots of updating. I have to say, host was very responsive to our issues.

Enjoyable Holiday Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Loved the holiday lights and just having a very unique place to socialize. The condo feels larger than it is with the open view of the track and the way it is arranged there was plenty of space for our entire family to enjoy their meal! Highly recommend this experience.

We drove the cars in the Rusty Wallace Experience and could not have had a better place to stay!! The room was cozy and clean but best of all was the view of the racetrack!! Perfect location for any event at the speedway.

This condo is beautiful and the view of the track is unmatched! It was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The beds and pillows were super comfortable as well and the location to restaurants, stores and the mall is perfect. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

It was beautiful Carolina blue sky weather and the condo was perfect. It was just the two of us so it was a real treat to have a place this nice and large. There were a few things going on track so that was fun watching too. Our first visit but not our last for sure!

A race fan’s dream

This was our second trip to this unit and everything was as awesome as we remembered. Both of our trips have been for NASCAR weekends, and I struggle to think of how the experience could be better for race fans. Excellent communication with host with easy check in/out. Listing and pictures are very accurate. Racing views are excellent. Hope we will make it back again in the future.

Excellent property!

This condo was perfect for us as we are big NASCAR fans! From the parking to the condo itself, we enjoyed our visit immensely. The views of the first turn and start-finish line were incredible. We were also close to the three NASCAR garages we visited, as well as an easy distance to the Hall of Fame downtown. The only thing that would be nice is to add hooks over the bedroom doors for hanging clothing as there are no closets. Other than that, we still offer 5 out of 5 stars!

Wonderful view!

What a great property. You get wonderful views of the track and it was easy to get in and upstairs. The locals who live in the complex are very nice and friendly. They helped us find the correct lock box. The only downside was it got very drafty at night being on the first level and just having open grandstands under the unit. Thanks for a great stay.
