We had a charming and comfortable stay! The location was convenient, the host, Zaire, was wonderful, and the amenities were excellent. Everything we needed was provided, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
it was a great place nice and quiet very clean and the house checked on us to make sure we were OK if we needed anything I highly recommend this place great place to stay.
Overall the stay was very good, the neighborhood is very quiet at night, the basement suite is very clean and modern, a perfect getaway for a weeks long stay, excellent location and centrally located to all things Concord.
Stayed for a week. I enjoyed the privacy, check in was easy, the house was quiet. If I could stay for June, July and August for 2,400, I would in a heartbeat.
I had Short stay and wish I had more time to stay. The place was beautiful. Cozy the bed was awesome and she needed heat. They have the heat pumps. Everything was supplied towels and there were even some items of seasonings plates, paper plates. Two seat table well stocked. Beautiful place. Enjoyed it
The apartment was very clean and convenient to many shopping & restaurant locations. Host was attentive and prompt with all correspondences. Pet friendly. Had washer/dryer which was handy. Very nice stay and will stay again in the future.
This is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. We used it in the middle of selling our house and moving into our new one. Cute little suite with private entrance. We did have trouble checking in. The code didn’t work and it took a little while to get someone to respond. She was very nice and apologetic. Overall great stay!
Everything was very clean and as advertised. Host was very prompt to reply to communication. Very quiet home, almost never heard other occupants. The only thing holding me back from a full 5 star rating was the bed arrangements. The queen sized bed was comfortable and clean, but the side was right up against the wall and if my spouse had been with me one of us would have struggled to get out or in the bed. The bunk bed room had the bottom bunk right on the floor, not elevated at all. I was traveling with my adult stepson, and it made getting in and out of the bed a bit of a struggle for anyone that was not a small child. Beyond that the only other criticism I can give would be for the toilet paper. I work at a hospital and this toilet paper in the VRBO was even thinner than that which is saying something. I would invest a couple more dollars to have a better quality available. We ended up buying our own pack and donated it to the VRBO upon leaving. Overall, the area was quiet. We had no issues with the codes or locks. Water was provided which was a nice touch. We felt the VRBO was a good value. If the bedding concerns were addressed for adults we probably would stay again.
