La Casa dei Laghi 2 is a new 50sqm studio in the center of the village of Mercallo (VA), a perfect location to reach six lakes: Maggiore, Orta, Comabbio, Monate, and Varese. The apartment has an independent entrance and is located on the ground floor. It features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning and is situated in a very quiet courtyard with a table and chairs outside.
The apartment is bright and has a French double bed (140cm x 190cm) with slats and an orthopedic mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. There is a flat-screen TV, a table with 2 chairs, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The outdoor area is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs at sunset.
